News originated by the SFC is categorised into three groups:

Corporate news covers announcements on a corporate level, such as, appointments of executives and members of panels and committees, co-operation agreements with other regulatory bodies and organisational changes. It also includes announcements of consultations and their conclusions, and releases of speeches, corporate and technical publications.
Enforcement news includes all news regarding our enforcement work to combat market misconduct.
Other news refers to news releases that not categorised as corporate or enforcement news.
Also included in this section are high shareholding concentration notices, which are lists of listed companies with high concentration of shareholding in a small number of shareholders, and notices issued in relation to regulatory decisions, statements and disclosures.
