The 麻豆传媒 and Futures (Short Position Reporting) Rules came into effect on 18 June 20121. Generally, under this set of rules, any person who has a reportable short position is required to notify the SFC.

To report a short position, submissions must be made through the of the SFC Online Services Portal.
