Duties & Responsibilities:
The Complaints Team of the Corporate Affairs Division is responsible for overseeing the administration of the SFC’s Complaint Handling Procedures.
This position reports to Senior Managers of the Complaints Team and will provide a full range of clerical and administrative support to the Complaints Team. This includes data entry, filing, performing data analysis with spreadsheets, providing secretarial support to management, and assisting in other ad hoc tasks when necessary.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- High proficiency in PC applications including good practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
- Attentive to detail.
- Strong organisation and coordination skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity.
